Kent brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Wheelhouse team as he takes on the role of managing our property management relationships. He has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients by truly understanding their unique goals and needs.
Kent calls Lubbock, Texas his home, but he has deep roots throughout West Texas. Having grown up in Amarillo, he went on to graduate from Texas Tech University in 2013. Over the years, Kent has also lived in Plainview and Midland, deepening his understanding and love for the region. For almost a decade, Kent has dedicated himself to serving communities through non-profit and church leadership. In 2020, he transitioned to real estate full-time and began working at Location Rentals with his wife, Mandy. Their residential property management portfolio grew from 10 units to over 450 in just two years, breaking the company’s leasing record in the process.
When he’s not working at Wheelhouse, Kent is an avid mountain biker who enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his family of four. He is also passionate about coaching the Kingdom Prep Lady Warriors varsity basketball team, which he sees as an extension of his life-long commitment to serving others.
