Zoe Abendschan joined the Wheelhouse team in 2026 as the Marketing Listing Coordinator, where she helps create and manage marketing materials that showcase NAI Wheelhouse listings. From graphic design to digital marketing and public outreach, Zoe works to ensure each property is presented in a way that captures attention and generates interest.
Zoe earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Texas Tech University. Drawing from experience across multiple industries, she brings a diverse marketing background and a fresh perspective on every project.
When not working, Zoe enjoys spending time with her fiancé, reading a good book, visiting family and friends (especially on the beach or in the mountains) and getting a good workout or walk in. She is an avid Red Raider, so you can catch her at most Texas Tech Football and Basketball games!
